Sent my hearing aids for resetting yo…
Sent my hearing aids for resetting yo my latest audiogram. I emailed my audiogram, then posted the aids on Monday. They were returned to me on Thursday of the same week, along with a couple of other items I had ordered.
All this in the same week as rail strikes!

I emailed the company to report a problem with my hearing aid. I received a quick reply, sent mine back and received a new aid back by the day after. This companies' customer service is the best I've seen!
